Tails

Tails have been used as a supernatural feature to highlight a character's devilish quality. The stereotypical forked tail is currently in use with the Devil and the Devil-Angel Doll.

Tarot Deck

The Tarot Deck has been a symbol of the arcane guiding the normal world. I first started to explore the Tarot when I realized that there were many characters in common with my pantheon and the traditional Greater Arcana of the Tarot. I proceeded to draw a set of cards incorporating my characters and symbols and I introduced several new characters based on the Tarot such as the High Priestess, Death, the Hermit and Strength. Since the initial drawing of the Tarot Deck, the cards and their imagery have appeared periodically as characters hold card to reflect particular emotions of intents. For example, when the Emperor's Son wanted the second High Priestess dead he held the Death card from which the character of Death sprang.

Tattoos

Tattoos are drawn on characters for a few of reasons. One is to help identify a character with the person upon whom they were based. The second is for aesthetic reasons - I like the way tattoos look. The third reason is that the tattoos can help inform the viewer about the character. For example if a character has "Just Cool" tattooed on her arm it can be read that she is cool (or the opposite). The last reason is that the tattoo can be used as a platform for a vignette of another story or character.

Teeth

Teeth and in particular loose teeth are a symbol of anxiety and sacrifice.

Temperance

Temperance is an allegorical character that was introduced when I drew the Greater Arcana. Temperance is the epitome of restraint and tries to influence people to curb their vices. In the past she has been the unwilling target of wooing by Strength and Morality and has been seduced by the Emperor's Other Son. Temperance is shown wearing armor with a row of locks along the front seem to maintain her chastity. Temperance is one of the Seven Holy Virtues and included in a recent series of drawings depicting them as figurative characters.

Tempest

Tempest is a character from CW2 that was updated into the main narrative as a callow mage. Tempest was good friends with William, Christopher and very close with Jerri for whom he had a crush. Tempest participated in the conspiracy to assassinate Prang. Tempest is shown wearing white robes to reflect his general decency and he was named after the early video game.

Three-Eyed Woman

The Three-Eyed Woman is an allegorical character that represent sex and temptation. She came to me in a dream on night and I started drawing her. She usually appears in cartouches or on a level separate from the main action. She wears a brown trench coat, which is an atypical costume due to the fact that that is what she was wearing in the dream.

Traitor

The Traitor is a character based on Matt Dxxxxe that was introduced in a story line where the Emperor's Son is betrayed by one his friends. The Traitor has recently come to prominence as he has taken to trying to help the Emperor with the bad medicine of nostalgia in particular for the now deceased Angel. The Traitor and the Emperor have now exhumed an Angel and the removed her heart thought the Emperor has found no relief in it. This episode was inspired by real feelings of nostalgia for Hannah whom an Angel was based on and the Traitor was involved because of the special relationship that Matt had with her. The Traitor is shown with white stripes under his eyes which is a reference to Matt's own fashion and to the Emperor's Son' make-up. He has the initials KH on his armor, which is a reference to Matt's band.

Trevor

Trevor is a character created to fit in with the history adapted from CW2. He was the son of Magnus and Louisa and the brother of Loreli. He is supposed to be the opposite of his brother who is very much appreciated for his coolness while Trevor remains overlooked. Trevor has black face paint like his brother and father and his pattern was taken from a print of a Kabuki actor.
